Holga pic. Ilford HP5 b&w 120 film.
Model: Kristin Wong.

~dreamersdisease

edit: Some more info.

Square format (mask removed). It was taken out at Lake Lavon - used to be a lake at least. It's virtually all dried up, save for other areas, where the water level is so low that there are dead trees sticking up out of the middle of the water. Did a print scan and I would like to do a darkroom print as well.

Thanks a ton to ~deaddeaddeaddead for suggesting and +cweeks for featuring (you're awesome Chris!).

And thanks to everyone who has been faving and commenting :)

Daily DeviationChase by =Andross01 What is it about Holga's? I love them. I don't use mine very often but love looking at other's work with the same. That ... and I really like balloons. Ask anyone. (Suggested by ~deaddeaddeaddead and Featured by `cweeks)

what speed is that film please it looks nice.
400 speed. I wanna try out a bunch of various films still. My other Holga roll of Ilford XP2 came in, so I'm gonna get those tomorrow (along w/my slides). I'm gonna head to Film Depot before Austin and see if I can find some Neopan 1600 for my 35mm, and if I can get some Neopan 400 in 120, that'd be great too

It's like a flashback.

BRAVO! This so deserved being featured. congratulations. :)
Great Holga!!! I love it, I'm having a lot of satisfaction with that little piece of plastic! But I still have to learn... I notice that you have done a very well composed pic, I still find hard to catch the perfect composition with that kind of viewer.
I like this photo, it has the right feeling - like bw holgas pictures it is very strange, ambiguous, charming yet odd. Id' like to see some more of them.

Tonya ripped out all of Charlie Brown's hair but left a single strand to remind him one day she'd come back to eat him.
Love the rustic feel to it, it's really an intriguing peice.
